  • For a fully custom trivia night, reaching out four to six weeks before your event is ideal. That gives us enough time to understand your group, build the right categories, write custom questions, shape the tone, and make the event feel like it was created for the people actually showing up.

    Longer is better if your event date is already fixed, especially for retreats, fundraisers, church events, school events, corporate team-building nights, or anything with a larger audience. More lead time also helps if you want highly specific categories, inside jokes, faith-based content, organization-specific questions, or a full theme built into the night.

    We can often work faster for simpler events. If your timeline is tight, reach out anyway. Send the date, location, group size, event type, and what you have in mind. We will tell you honestly what is possible.

  • Yes! You can book more than one Puzzlement Experience for the same event, and it can be a great fit for retreats, lock-ins, full-day gatherings, conferences, school events, church events, and corporate team-building days.

    An escape-room-style puzzle adventure during the afternoon paired with an evening trivia night gives your group two different ways to connect. The escape adventure gets people moving, solving clues, and working together in smaller teams. Trivia brings everyone back into one room for competition, laughter, and the kind of arguments people continue on the way home.

    This combo works especially well when you have a venue for several hours and need programming that feels active, smart, and easy to participate in.

  • Deposit terms depend on the event, package, travel needs, and level of customization. We walk through the booking details during the intro call, so you know exactly what is required before anything is confirmed.

    Because every Puzzlement event is scoped to the group, the booking process is not one-size-fits-all. A simple local trivia night may have different terms than a fully custom fundraiser, retreat package, escape adventure, or multi-service event with travel.

    Once we understand your event date, location, audience size, service type, and customization needs, we will send a clear scope with the next steps, payment details, and any deposit requirements.
